Copper Creek real estate activity picking up!
Homes sales in Copper Creek have been picking up this summer!

May 5 - June 6 - July 5
I am seeing some increase in pricing too. We have been hit by foreclosures and short sales like everyone else, driving the regular home prices down in the low 100.00 per sq foot. But one home closed last week at the 142.00 sf and several other at the 125.00 sf range. So that is certainly good news!
